step-by-step guide

Opening the planner

  • When you open the 3D planner, the menu will be on the left-hand side of the window.

Starting a Floor Plan

  • Click on the Floor Plan icon.
  • Enter the size of your wardrobe space in the input boxes.

Camera Controls

  • Rotate Camera: Hold the left mouse button and move the mouse to rotate the room view.
  • Move Camera: Hold the right mouse button and move the mouse.

Adding and Moving Objects in the Planner

  • Click on the Wardrobe icon in the menu (Second icon from the top).
  • Select an object from the catalogue and drag and drop it into the planner.
  • To move an object: Click on the object, place the cursor on the cross with arrows, then hold the left mouse button and drag.
  • To delete an object: Click on the object and press the Delete button.

Adding Elements (Top Panels, Hanging Bars, etc.)

  • Top panels and hanging bars are supplied oversized.
  • Select the available sizes of these elements from the catalogue and resize the object in the planner.
  • The system will automatically calculate the required number and size of elements/parts once you complete your design.

Connecting Cabinets & Hanging Bars

  • Cabinets in the planner come with a top shelf by default.
  • If connecting multiple cabinets, you can remove the top shelf from the cabinet and drag and drop a larger size panel from the catalogue:
  1. Click on the cabinet.
  2. Go to the Settings icon   and deselect the top panel.
  3. Drag and drop a new top panel from the Elements catalogue.
  4. Click on the top panel and select the measure icon  from the menu.
  5. Adjust the size by selecting from the dropdown menu or clicking on the arrows (left or right) with pre-calculated sizes.

Extending Panels & Hanging Bars:

  • Panels and hanging bars can only be extended if they reach another object (For example, a cabinet or side panel).
  • Ensure a cabinet or support panel is on the side you want to extend to.

Adding Hanging Bars

  • Select hanging bars from the catalogue and drag and drop into the planner.
  • Choose single or double hanging bars. 
  • Click on the hanging bars to open the size selection menu on the left. 
  • Select the correct size from the dropdown menu or use the pre-calculated size option below the drop down (left or right arrows).

Checking Room Proportions

  • To view exact measurements of objects in your wardrobe space, click on the Measure icon at the bottom right of the screen.

if a warning in red appears on the left-hand side of your planner:

  • As explained, top panels and hanging bars are supplied oversized. The warning usually means you will need to cut these parts to fit the space.
  • Example: If the space between two objects where hanging bars are positioned is 864mm wide and bars come in 600, 900, and 1100mm, you will need to select a 900mm bar and cut it to size.
  • If two top panels are overlapping, a red warning will appear on the left-hand side of the screen, indicating that you will need to cut the top panels to fit the space.

Absolutely, you have the option to customise your kitset wardrobe. Our wardrobes are adaptable to suit your specific requirements by cutting the top panels and hanging bars to your desired dimensions. 

The ordering process is straightforward. You can browse through our range of kitset wardrobes, ensuring the size fits your space. You have the option to select your own components or utilise our interactive planner to create a configuration that suits your requirements. If you need assistance or guidance in selecting your wardrobe, feel free to reach out to us for support.

Our packaging will be labelled with SKU numbers, and our invoice will list SKU numbers per room to facilitate the separation of products. Please make sure to allocate the boxes to their corresponding rooms before opening and removing the products. Alternatively, you have the option to place a separate order for each room.

Please select your wardrobes carefully, as we do not offer refunds for incorrectly chosen products. Once the original box is opened, the product cannot be returned.

We aim to provide as much information as possible to enable you to design your own configuration. We offer kitset ideas and our 3D interactive planner to assist you in the process. We aim to keep our costs low by minimising expenses such as retail space or showrooms. As a result, we operate as a 100% online store. However, we strive to provide you with comprehensive information to facilitate your decision-making process. 

Yes, you can. Our pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm at our location in Rosedale, Auckland.

Yes, we do ship nationwide. Please note that we do not ship to the islands. If you require rural delivery, please get in touch with us. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be shipped to your nearest depot for collection.

We will aim to ship your order within 72 hours of receiving your payment. However, please note that this timeline may vary depending on the general workload in our warehouse.

Shipping is determined by the volume of your order and your location. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If you encounter any issues obtaining the shipping cost at checkout, please don't hesitate to contact us directly for assistance.

Yes, you can track your order. Consignment details will be emailed to you, and the driver will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery times vary depending on the freight company's schedule and your location. Typically, delivery within the North Island takes 2-4 working days, while delivery to the South Island may take 5-7 working days.

Upon delivery (BEFORE signing a courier docket!), you must inspect your product, including the inside of the package. Only if you are happy with the condition of the product, sign the docket confirming that the product has been received “in good order and condition.” 

If there are any damages to the product, you will need to endorse “damage/loss’ clearly on the consignment note. By accepting the product without a “damage/loss,” you confirm that you received the goods “in good order and condition.” 

 

Please take photos of the damage immediately and report them to us within 24 hours of delivery. We do not cover any damage or loss to the product if you give authorisation to the courier for drop off, or proof of delivery is signed for clean (“received in good order and condition”).

All items featured on our website are delivered in flat-pack form, unless stated otherwise. The top shelves and hanging rails are supplied in oversized dimensions, enabling you to trim them to fit your wardrobe cavity before installation. 

The good news is that our wardrobes are easy to assemble, and comprehensive assembly instructions will be included. Our products are designed to be user-friendly and do not require any specialised qualifications for assembly. 

Each product comes with all necessary fixings provided. Basic household tools, such as a screw drivers and saw, will be required for installation. Make sure to watch our installation videos for further guidance.

Yes, we provide easy-to-follow video assembly instructions and step-by-step PDF instructions. All our products come with predrilled holes, and all necessary fittings are provided.

We can connect you with installers who can assemble and install the wardrobes for a fee.

You will need a screwdriver, hacksaw, saw, level, hammer, masking tape, measuring tape, and pencil, cordless drill (Optional).

The time required for assembly depends on your DIY skills and the type of cabinet (e.g., tower with shelves only or with drawers). On average, it takes between 35 to 75 minutes per tower.

We provide a 5-year warranty on all our products. Please keep a copy of your invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faults due to manufacture but does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, negligent installation or operation, cleaning or maintenance, or unauthorised modifications.
