Warranty

All products come with a 5-year warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear, water damage, or modifications to the product.

Returns/Refunds

We will not refund if:

You simply ‘change your mind’ or the item was ‘not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’.

Please ask all questions before purchasing.

It is important that you read through all product details and ensure that you are ordering the correct size to fit into your space. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to completing your purchase or as soon as you complete the purchase before products have been shipped. We don’t provide refunds if you order incorrectly.

IMPORTANT!

Upon delivery (BEFORE signing a courier docket!), you must inspect your product, including the inside of the package. Only if you are happy with the condition of the product, sign the docket confirming that the product has been received “in good order and condition.” 

If there are any damages to the product, you will need to endorse “damage/loss’ clearly on the consignment note. By accepting the product without a “damage/loss,” you confirm that you received the goods “in good order and condition.” 

Please take photos of the damage immediately and report them to us within 24 hours of delivery. We do not cover any damage or loss to the product if you give authorisation to the courier for drop off, or POD (proof of delivery) is signed for clean (“received in good order and condition”).
