Your shipping cost will depend on the size of your order and your delivery address. If your shipping cost is not auto-calculated at the checkout please check with us prior to buying.
We ship nationwide to all main towns. We can ship outside the main zones but no shipping to rural areas and apartment buildings (unless specifically arranged with us). If you live outside of the main zone listed at the checkout, please request a quote providing your full delivery address.
Pick-ups are free from Silverdale, Auckland, Monday to Friday 9am -3 pm. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.
Delivery and Collection
Auckland Metro (Howick - Henderson & Albany - Manukau), shipping rate is a flat rate as indicated at the checkout.
NORTH ISLAND: Auckland, Gisborne, Hamilton, Masterton, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Rotorua, Tauranga, Wanganui, Wellington, Whangarei.
(Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island excluded).
SOUTH ISLAND: Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin, Greymouth, Invercargill, Nelson, Oamaru, Queenstown, Timaru, Westport.
Once your payment has been cleared and your order has been processed you will be notified by email that your order is ready for collection or dispatch. In case the freight fee at the checkout doesn’t sufficiently cover the freight to the address supplied, you will be notified and you will be given options to either pay the extra freight charge or cancel your order.
If you opt for delivery at the checkout, it will be arranged by our preferred carrier. You may collect your order yourself or you may organize your own delivery in which case you select “Collection” at the checkout and advise us of your carrier details. Pick up must be arranged via email and inform us of the date of pick up at least 1 day before your order is collected by either yourself or your carrier. We do not cover any surcharge by your carrier due to failure to follow our process. It is important to note that your freight carrier cannot pick up the goods until you have received an email notification that your order is ready.
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days upon receipt of your payment.
North Island deliveries will take 1-3 working days from the dispatch date.
South Island deliveries will take 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.
No RURAL deliveries: consignments can be shipped to the nearest carrier depot for you to collect from.

Upon delivery (before signing a courier docket!) you must inspect your product (including the inside of the package). Only if you are happy with the condition of the product, sign the docket confirming that the product has been received “in good order and condition”. If there are any damages to the product, you will need to endorse “damage/loss’ clearly on the consignment note. By accepting the product without a “damage/loss” you confirm that you received the goods “in good order and condition”. Please take photos of the damages immediately and report them to us within 24 hours from delivery. We do not cover any damage or loss on the product if you give authorisation to the courier for drop off, or POD (proof of delivery) is signed for clean (“received in good order and condition”).
