Prices
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary depending on the payment method. Kitset Wardrobes strives to provide up-to-date product information; however, if mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them.
Occasionally, we may be unable to supply an item that has been ordered. If this happens, we will contact you, and if we cannot supply the item within a reasonable timeframe, we will credit any payments made for that item.
Any pricing errors arising from bugs or malfunctions in the Kitset Wardrobes ordering system will not be honoured. Your original payment will be refunded and re-negotiated at the correct price. You may choose to purchase your items at the updated price or cancel the order and retain the refunded payment.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is unavailable at the time of order
- We are unable to obtain payment authorisation within 72 hours
- An error is identified in product details, including pricing or promotions
- The freight fee calculated on the website does not sufficiently cover the cost to your address
If any issues arise with your order, we will contact you. We also reserve the right to reject any purchase offer at our discretion.

The free freight offer applies to Auckland Metro deliveries only. The discount is only available to the recipient of the offer and must be applied using the discount code provided at checkout. The offer is valid for the period stated in the email or promotional message. Once the offer has expired, the discount code cannot be used or extended. The discount applies to eligible products only and may not apply to delivery fees, installation services, custom upgrades, accessories, or other charges unless clearly stated. Only one discount code may be used per order. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, sale offer, voucher, or coupon code unless otherwise stated. The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred to another order. Kitset Wardrobes reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel the offer at any time where there has been an error, misuse, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control. All orders remain subject to product availability, delivery availability, and our standard website Terms & Conditions. Any delivery fees, rural delivery charges, or additional freight charges will still apply unless specifically included in the offer. Kitset Wardrobes Draw to Win a $100 Prezzy Card
Prize: One winner will receive a $100 Prezzy Card each quarter. The promotion is conducted quarterly, with draws held on within the first 2 weeks in March, June, September, and December each year. Winners will be notified by email within 10 working days of the applicable draw date. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
